Jeff Watterson is a Latino video editor based out of Los Angeles. He loves working in different genres, weaving through the post process with an intense knowledge of pipeline and workflow. Whether it be a Vampire Weekend music video made almost entirely out of archival footage, a doc series on immigrant-owned restaurants in Los Angeles, or a celebrity driven fashion campaign for BOSS during Milan Fashion week, he thrives in any creative environment. Besides video editing, he likes long strolls on the beach and listening to emo music.

Kauai, originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is a film and video editor based in Portland, OR. His experience spans a wide range of content, with a particular emphasis on commercials and documentary style branded content.

His talent has drawn collaborations with top brands like UGG, Amazon, FitBit, Meta, Lancôme and others, illustrating his knack for crafting dynamic and engaging narratives. A hallmark of Kauai's editing is his profound use of sound to enhance narrative flow, making each piece not only visually striking but also a rich auditory experience. This sensitivity towards sound, along with his keen aesthetic sense, innovative storytelling, and attention to cultural nuance, sets his work apart.

Austen Deery cut his teeth as an editor at Voyager, where he quickly rose to his Senior Editor position working on numerous national broadcast campaigns for brands such as Kia, American Express and META. He began his commercial editing career crafting beautiful director's cuts for Voyager's roster and almost immediately became in constant demand. His eye for kinetic motion and ear for cinematic sound design combined with his storytelling sensibilities make him a rare triple threat. He's currently cutting a very high profile, feature-length documentary that will fully take advantage of all of Austen's many unique talents as an editor.

Nico discovered her passion for art at a young age, later receiving her BA in Interdisciplinary Fine Arts. Through her exploration of various storytelling mediums, she was eventually drawn to the intuitive and sensitive nature of film editing. Nico’s work as an editor has been featured on PBS, NBC, Vice, The Atlantic, and Short of The Week, and has received 8 Vimeo Staff Picks. Nico was the editor and co-writer of the feature film, "Somewhere with No Bridges," which won the Audience Award at Salem Film Festival 2020. Nico was also a writer and lead editor on her second feature film "Move Me," which is supported by ITVS and Independent Lens. It premiered at Full Frame 2022 and received the Special Jury Prize and Best of Fest at the 2022 Minneapolis St Paul Int’l Film Festival. Most recently, she edited “The Trails Before Us” which played at SXSW and SFFilm, and won the Artistic Vision award at Big Sky.
